Julie Smith is the director of brand marketing at Zendesk. Previously, she served as the head of integrated marketing for the creative cloud video segment at Adobe. Julie earned her bachelor’s degree in business finance from Miami University and holds a master’s with a focus on marketing, advertising, and Spanish from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
