Meet Our Team

Founder and CEO

Jennifer Schwab is the Founder and CEO of ENTITY, and she has one goal in mind: to support and empower women through education and mentorship. Her driving force in founding ENTITY was her lack of female mentors in her 20s, leaving her to learn solely through trial and error. Despite this, she was able to build a successful career, which motivated her to pay it forward to the next generation of leaders by providing support early in their career trajectory.

After leaving her job as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young to pursue her passions, and co-founding Sierra Club Green Home, a preeminent sustainable lifestyle website, she launched ENTITY in 2016. Since then, she’s built the company to be the first-ever bootcamp education brand dedicated to educating and placing women in long-lasting 21st century careers with high earning potential and advancement opportunities.

At ENTITY, Clay is responsible for building infrastructure to scale admissions and marketing operations, securing and diversifying channel partnerships, and assisting with the overall operations of the business. Prior to ENTITY, Clay was VP of Revenue at SV Academy, Head of Partnerships at Thinkful, and spent his first three years out of USC in investment banking.

She brings operational knowledge on various aspects of the business, including marketing and media, admissions, student retention, technology, and all administrative functions. Outside of her operational duties, Angelica is also skilled in marketing/design tools, including Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
