Over the last 12 years, Liz reached the very pinnacle of the professional dance world, having collaborated with artists, including: Usher, Beyonce, Katy Perry, Thomas Rhett, Ciara, Iggy Azalea. Her work has taken her across the world to a wide variety of outlets including films and television shows such as: Glee, Dancing With The Stars, Shake It Up, Empire, Step Up Highwater, Genius and Behind The Candelabra.
Liz is committed to excellence in preparation and execution. To that end, Liz has studied and qualified as a licensed wellness coach specializing in breathwork and movement therapy. Active Consciousness, the breath practice she's known for, is an ancient and powerful practice that involves a blend of rhythmic fast breathing and meditation. The process washes out hidden emotions & blockages- creating space for new behaviors, ideas & creative projects to be born. Further, Liz delved into the world of Neuroscience to discover the neural correlates of wellness, and incorporate them into her practice, seeking advice from licensed medical doctors and neuroscientists about her methodology.
Liz has always held a strong passion for social justice, inclusivity and issues of equality, especially in education, touring well over 100 schools as a mentor and leader. She is the Founder and Executive Director of The Global Village, a nonprofit that breaks from the traditional mould. The Global Village embraces cutting edge techniques to create life-defining assemblies and support networks from world renowned artists, public figures, professionals and academics for children attending schools within underfunded public school districts in the USA. The Global Village levels the playing field for our predominantly black and brown school districts, currently receiving 23 billion dollars less in annual funding than their predominantly white counterparts.

Early on she began to share her entrepreneurial journey via video with full transparency, showing everything from her design process, marketing tips, and the emotional rollercoaster that is starting your own business.
