Aya Jean McCrindle

Aya Jean McCrincle became a style coach in the fall of 2018, while she was running what turned out to be her final season of the Find Your Element Workshop. Seventy-three workshops and 48 meditation classes later, she found herself broke, but no longer broken. Aya felt empowered and nourished from within—she was finally equipped with so many useful tools she had been craving all her life.
Aya was 100 percent ready to put all the lessons into practice, so she founded AYA JEAN Style Coaching, a luxury transformation service for global change agents. After running a model agency for almost two decades, she couldn’t wait to show her clients what she used to do for hundreds of models—how to showcase their inner radiance externally in ways people can see and feel them at a glance.
