Candy Tsai

Candy Tsai volunteers as a software engineering career track mentor at Springboard. Since she is self-taught with a background in marketing and biotechnology, she empathizes with boot camp graduates and is passionate to help them transition into the field. She has worked on building machine learning platforms, chatbots for distributing official public health information to over 10 million subscribers, and various side projects. Currently, she serves as a senior software engineer at Automattic, where she enhances user experience through design implementation, ensures code quality, fosters cross-team collaboration for innovative features, and contributes to sprint planning for optimized and impactful delivery.
