Courtney Dorne

Courtney Dorne, a seasoned founder and owner with over 25 years of startup support, established herself as a food industry executive specializing in safety and quality compliance. After selling Fresh & Ready in 2015, she applied her expertise to consult with food and beverage businesses in the $20 to $100 million range. As a dedicated member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) for a decade, Courtney chaired YPO's Women's Business Network for two years. During her tenure, she expanded female membership, creating over 25 virtual forums and building an online community of 500+ members worldwide. In 2023, Courtney became COO at Inner Fifth, an elite community for female founders founded by Tracy Holland. Inner Fifth empowers women's wealth creation and personal growth. Thrilled to join, Courtney aims to foster a space where women entrepreneurs connect and support each other in a heart-led, transparent way. Outside her professional life, Courtney spends time with her children and animals, prioritizing exercise for mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
