Lisa Berger is the CEO and co-founder of Frolic Media, a media company catering to the romance fandom with premium content and commerce, including DTC and TVOD offerings. Prior to Frolic, she served as a strategic consultant at Awesomeness TV, overseeing ABC's iconic franchises like Dancing With The Stars, The Bachelor, Shark Tank, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and The Academy Awards. Before that, she was the president of entertainment for E!, responsible for network programming, content strategy, production, talent, and development. Recognized as one of the most influential executives in television, Lisa has been a key figure in the creation and management of hit series like Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Girls Next Door, Chelsea Lately, Fashion Police, and The Soup. Her oversight extended to managing in-house production companies such as Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP) and overseeing creative operations for Comcast Entertainment Studios. Earlier in her career, Lisa served as EVP, creative affairs for Fox Television Studios Production (FTVSP), playing a pivotal role in bringing the critically acclaimed hit drama series “The Shield” to FX. She began her career at MTV, contributing significantly to the network's global powerhouse brand by establishing long-form original programming and developing household name talent.
