Mark Nguyen is a data professional who has worked in the restaurant, education, and technology industries. He started his career as an associate analyst at Taco Bell Corp. after graduating from the University of California, Los Angeles. After several promotions, he ended up being responsible for Taco Bell's A/B market test initiative, informing crucial product decisions for brand marketing. Upon graduating with his Master of Business Administration in strategy and technology from the University of California, Irvine, Mark pivoted to the education technology industry and moved to Silicon Valley to work at a start-up called Udacity. At Udacity, he taught hundreds of people beginning programming, front-end development, technology entrepreneurship, data science and data analysis. Mark then seized the opportunity to build Chipotle’s data science team in the marketing department. He currently works as Chipotle's senior brand insights and analytics manager.
