Susan Tsan's passion is at the cross-section of analytics and consumer insights. She has been with Starcom for over seven years, working with clients such as McDonald's, ESPN, and Kellogg's. In her current role as the director of insights and business intelligence, Susan focuses on leading the strategic use of data analytics and reporting to provide valuable insights. Before joining Starcom, she managed primary research at an experiential marketing agency. Susan holds a master's degree in integrated marketing communications from Northwestern University.
