Theresa Farrell

As a development specialist at The Wende Museum, Theresa Farrell applies her fundraising expertise and organizational advancement skills to plan and implement donor recruitment and development strategies, including face-to-face solicitation, fundraising events, and donor stewardship. She has over 10 years of experience in nonprofit management and development, having co-founded and served as the Executive Director of American Contemporary Ballet, a company that produces original contemporary ballets and educates the public about the art form. Theresa is also a consultant and benefit auctioneer. She helps nonprofit organizations craft meaningful mission and vision statements, development plans and implementation strategies, philanthropic stewardship, donor cultivation events, leads auctions, and provides one-on-one coaching of pitches and asks. She is on the board of the Elysian Valley Arts Collective and the Fundraising Committee for Girls Inc., demonstrating her commitment to supporting the arts and empowering girls and women.
