About The Job:

Responsibilities:
Handle customer service emails
Respond to site reviews + questions
Handle returns (restocking + logging)
Respond to Instagram, TikTok & Facebook DM's
Respond to Instagram, TikTok & Facebook comments
Ship out packages from the office when necessary
Manage product development inventory + organization
Answer office phone calls
Coordinate any maintenance who come to visit the office
Be the right-hand person to the operations team
Qualifications:
Must be organized
Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
Previous experience and passion in the beauty industry is a plus
Previous office + operations assistant experience is a plus
Must have some Excel and Microsoft Word experience
Must be proactive and a self-starter
Must be able to speak to a group
Must have strong reading and writing skills
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have a car for transportation
