See Work Grow, the company behind EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, is looking for a highly capable individual to take over daily management duties and support Mike Abercrombie as his administrator in Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate will undertake administrative tasks, oversee client scheduling/communication/pipeline management, and will ensure the rest of the staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
Job duties will include crafting email responses for multiple inboxes, EOS process coordination for each client’s upcoming sessions, and overall operations management. The candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
EOS session + Young Presidents' Organization session implementation coordination
Scheduling and time management of staff
Process management and client support
Business development execution
Accounts payable invoicing, transaction categorization, and bill payment
Coordinating upcoming EOS and YPO client sessions and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies and timelines
Supervising staff calendar and scheduling calls, meetings, travel, and sessions
Managing agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for staff
Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Tracking stock of client materials/supplies and placing orders when necessary
Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant, office administrator, or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with event management and process timelines leading up to events
An aptitude for learning new technology and software (they utilize Copper CRM, Process. St, Quickbooks, ToDoIst, and Google Drive)
An understanding of EOS is preferred, but not required
